The diet offered on this retreat is based on the ancient wisdom of the Mediterranean Diet, the principles of Naturopathy and the BioAge diet approach. This combination has allowed the nutritionist and the kitchen team to create a special vegetarian menu offering nutrient-rich meals with a personal touch.

Annette Arndt
Annette holds a university degree in Communication Design. She started her yoga practice at the age of 18. She got hooked on the positive effect of yoga on body and mind. Yoga came as a natural and ideal progression for a sports fan with a background in tennis, volleyball, mountain climbing, and surfing. Annette is a qualified yoga, tennis, and surfing instructor. Teaching comes naturally to her. Annette teaches Hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation. Her emphasis lies on Mind and Body exploration, integrating your innate Bio-intelligence. Her main teacher is remarkable Donna Farhi.
