Rating: 5.0 / 5 What a wonderful end to my trip! I saved this till the end of my trip to end with a little bit of luxury. Absolutely brilliant from when I arrived - all the staff were so friendly (which was refreshing as my previous place werenu2019t too friendly)nnThey gave me a different room to the one I had booked (a better one!) which was a brilliant surprise! The room felt luxurious and homely with a view of the gorgeous lake 🙂 nnThe spa facilities are brilliant (and were super quiet due to assuming it being u2018off seasonu2019 - there was only one other person I saw in there but on a different room) so I had the hot tub to myself.nnThe cosy lounge is just that, it looks so cosy and beautifulnnFor breakfast there was a large selection of things to choose from and was super quick service.nnI very much recommend this place - wish I could have stayed a little longer - thank you so much!

Rating: 3.0 / 5 We expected more of this hotel. Our room was outdated and the mattress was very too soft . However, the bathroom was charming, clean and the room too. nThe dinner was tasty. The staff was friendly except bad experience of having a remark by a middle age waitress who did not appreciate that we asked to change our table because it was too cold outside.nI also recommend Gabriellau2019s massages.
