Excellent pools with thermal water The hotel is supposed to be 5 stars but rooms are actually very basic more like 3 or 4 stars. Food is good and spa is very good. Good quality services are offered but treatments are quite expensive. Ambiance is very nice and Edipsos is a charming town. An unexpected amazing experience Stayed for 2 nights. Unexpectetly an amazing experience. The total staff ( housekeeping ladies, waiters, spa employees, managers) are extreemly friendly and polite in a sincere way ( NOT superficial) and they make you feel at home. The hotel facilities are very well maintained and the Spa employees very professional. The restaurant food is also very good. Congratulations and a big thank you to the General Manager (Giannis) , to Celia ( breakfast) , Vassilisud83dudc4f (Spa) and Maria (Spa). We had a great great weekend. Most amazing hotel and staff We just came back from our weekend away at this hotel. We were only meant to stay one night but because of the Barbara snow storm that closed the mountain road and stopped the ferry, we ended up staying an extra night. nnFirst the hotel: the rooms are so comfortable and the bar/reception area are spacious and cosy. But, the spa is the highlight. The indoor and outdoor pool with all the different jets provides such a relaxing place to spend the day swimming, reading and dosing by the pool. nnThe pools are kept so clean and are actually emptied and refilled every day with the natural salt and mineral rich water. nnThen the staff: we could not have been more amazed at the staff. From the beginning they were so welcoming, accommodating and helpful. First they upgraded us for free because the hotel was not busy. But they showed their incredible kindness and professionalism when we ended up getting stuck for an extra night. They phoned the police and port authorities regularly to check what the latest news was and kept us informed. When the Police informed them that everyone had to have snow chains, they phoned around shops and took our tyre size so they could reserve a set for us to go pick up. Then when on the third day it looked like we could get stuck, instead of encouraging us to stay and make an extra nightu2019s money, they encouraged us to go then because there was a window of good weather. This was at 3pm on our third day and they didnu2019t even charge us a late check out fee! nnWe could not have been more amazed at this hotel and would completely recommend it to anyone else (just check for snow warnings and take them seriously - you may be stuck for days!)
