    It is a great hotel, a nice location, a nice crew. We are recommending the all inclusive package with good meal options.nUnfortunately, the4e was not enough sessions for the cooking lessons that we have not been able to xperience.

    the best hotel in the world

    In this hotel, where we have already been twice and are planning on going again, we forget all the troubles in the outside world. Every day is perfect there and there is nothing i can complain about. The food is delicious, the rooms are beautiful, services are amazing. There's also a beautiful beach with warm and clear water. Every person who works there is super positive and kind. It's just an amazing place and it's the best place for holiday rest.

    Very disappointed with hotel

    We arrived at the hotel, we were taken to our room. It was a little bit disappointing as there was 3 of us and there is no bathroom. nThe condition of the room was very poor. When going for meals as it has 5* rating, I was expecting the food and the service to be a lot better. This was more as you would expect from a 2*. We were all inclusive, you have a fridge in your room, which had 2 small cans of beer and some soft drinks. These did not get replaced. When I asked if they could be they said there would be a cost for each item. That too me was unacceptable. They served drinks around the pool area in plastic cups, which many of them were in a poor state also would quite often have bits of food stuck to them. We had some limited entertainment for 3 nights out of the 7, in a small Bar area where you were limited to get a seat. They then advertised there would be entertainment and then cancelled it. That was it with the entertainment. They had a large party of Polish people, they remove all of the chairs from the Bar and they over took the complex, there was no where to sit as they had removed all of the chairs. So I complained to be told I could have a free meal: I was fully inclusive. I went to reception to ask to speak to the Manager, it took 3 days before the Manager was available. The manager Georgia Angeli then told me they did not have to supply entertainment and it was EasyJet that advertised that there would be entertainment, so it was EastJet I needed to complain to. I asked her why we have to drink out of plastic glasses on an evening when the pool was closed, she replied "That was the way it was". She also told me that they had another Hotel that would of cost me more money and maybe I should of gone there if I wanted a better service. There was 2 dogs roaming the complex including the Kitchens and Restaurants. She told me they were strays and she was trying to get them picked up. They were still there on the day we left. I am attaching photo's which are time and place stamped. It was disappointing enough that the place was not as advertised and then to be treated by nGeorgia Angeli and continually talked over by her, we personally will never return or recommend this place. In our opinion this is a 2* Hotel not a 5*. One point I will make speaking to quite a few of the staff they work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week. The lady that ran the Bar on the Beach was always polite and gave a very good service. Most of the Staff in the Hotel Bars did not, and told us they were terrible to work for.
