La Donaira is an eco retreat of discreet luxury, organic farm, equestrian centre and eco spa located on the top of the Andalusian Serranía de Ronda.
Get inspired by the luxurious, infinity pool with exquisite views of the surrounding nature. Feel beautiful as you step in to the hammam to detoxify, relax and purify your body and mind, or warm yourself up in the natural, log heated sauna – available to guests 24 hours per day.

All meals and drinks are included in this package. Both lunch and dinner are a three-course set menu mostly vegetarian and beautifully balanced with ingredients from La Donaira’s own land or sourced from a local producer.
La Donaira offers a buffet breakfast with a range of seasonal organic fruits, nuts, seeds, cheeses, cold cut meats, smashed avocado, cereals, honey and homemade almond milk, yogurt and jams. Ingredients for the traditional Pan Tumaca recipe are also provided individually (tomato fresh sauce, olive oil, salt, garlic, Serrano ham and freshly baked bread). In addition to the buffet, there is an 'à la carte' menu that serves: poached eggs with fresh chives, crème fraîche and lemon zest, scrambled eggs of the day, Bircher muesli (raw oats with grated apple, lemon, honey, yoghurt, nuts and seeds), 'Trigo de Ronda' pancake, and an Ayurvedic porridge dish made with almond milk.
Lunch is a three course set all accompanied by a wide selection of natural, biodynamic and organic wines. You can enjoy: beetroot latkes with leeks and homemade ricotta, lamb marinated in four vinegars with anchovies and crispy kale; homemade goat cheese fondue served with vegetable crudite; cabbage-wrapped chicken confit with crushed potatoes, or Vietnamese rolls with white tuna among many other delicious dishes.
Just as lunch, dinner is a three-course gastronomic farm-to-table selection of fresh foods. The abundant and exquisite menu offers as well a variety of dishes mostly vegetarian such as ricotta gnocchi topped with caviar, potato stuffed with tuna and fresh herbs, chestnut soup or stuffed red bell peppers.
*Please note that lunch and dinner are not served with an 'à la carte' menu. There is, however, a menu of the day according to the season and the dietary needs of the guests.

ALMOST PERFECTION!
La Donaira is one of the most special places we’ve ever been. The natural beauty is breathtaking, and the whole package of an intimate farm with VIP treatment and amazing food (!!) resulted in one of the best vacations we ever had. The room was the epitome of simple luxury. Incredible staff too- especially in the kitchen (which ends up being the heart of this lovely place). How wonderful it is to share a table with fellow traveLlers from around the world, while watching the chefs create their beautiful meals. And we were sad to say goodbye to the morning crew!!
